Ian is a musician. Maybe you know him from his band Radiant Life Perspective. Or you might have heard one of his songs on a popular TV show like "Finding Carter", "Grey's Anatomy", "The Fosters", "Teen Mom", or "One Tree Hill". You also might have heard one of his compositions in a trailer for "The Bible", or "Vikings", on the History Channel. Or maybe you shazamed one of his original songs after hearing it in films like "The Oranges", "Ten Things I Hate About Life", or "Transparent". Or it's always possible you followed a link from one of the popular YouTube videos he's scored, for JonTron, or "Smart Guys", or one of his own YouTube music videos for "We Can't Stay Here", or "Strange Gifts". Wherever you came from, this is that guys website. Contact : firstname.lastname@example.org
This week I was thrilled to see we’d been featured on Entertainment Weekly’s “Best Music-on-TV Moments” for Grey’s Anatomy – they write –
“Earlier in the ep, Philly indie outfit Radiant Life perspective turned up the energy with a videogame-y take on Violent Femmes’ 1983 tune, which saw Amelia (Caterina Scorsone) return with a ring on it.”
Next Thurs, Apr 24 @ 9:00 PM, watch Grey’s Anatomy on ABC to hear me and my girl Bobbie Parker in Radiant Life Perspective cover “Blister in the Sun” by Violent Femmes. If you dig the cover, check us out at radiantlifeperspective.com, Bandcamp and at our Facebook and connect!
This summer my fiance Bobbie and I bought a house, and things got crazy with the move, fixing the place up, and settling in.
Now i’m back to start posting a song a week again! Here’s a song I wrote for children’s toy company, about the wonderful world the toys live in together. It’s a completely different approach for me, and was great fun. Featuring Bobbie Parker on vocals, and some special guests in the bridges of the song. I played all the instruments, recorded, and produced the song myself.
